We hope that by sharing your experience and knowledge of homelessness service and support to help us develop recommendations towards ending homelessness in Queensland. 

The independent Review will look at

• Homelessness today – how EFFECTIVE, how EFFICIENT, and how EQUITABLE is the response to homelessness today in terms of outcomes? It will look at what’s working well and what’s not. 
• Homelessness in the future – how can we improve the systems and services to optimise (make the most of) the investment into homelessness? How can we reduce homelessness? How can we improve outcomes for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness over the next 3-5 years. 

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes depending on how much information choose to add.
